These tasks mainly involve preparing project budgets from the early stages, performing take-offs quantity, and managing construction cost control (Quantity Surveyor). This includes developing cost estimates for structures, buildings, and linear works, adjusting budgets as the project evolves, verifying on-site quantities, and updating unit prices.
